The Closing Sales Manager is a key new sales role for the UK network managing a small team in Leeds and working alongside the wider network.

You will be a dynamic leader with a passion for sales, a proven strong track record in sales pipeline management, and experience hands-on in creating and rolling out sales training and best practice.

You will recruit, train and manage a small closing team to efficiently increase conversion.
The role will suit a motivated self-starter who really wants to make a mark in a dynamic private equity backed business, and work as part of a dynamic growing team.

Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales closing strategies and training packages to maximise conversion rates within the closing team.
Work closely with all areas of the business to ensure a strong and consistent sales strategy runs throughout the business.
Monitor and analyse sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise closing techniques.
Analyse and refine the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices and standard operating procedures for the closing team.
Utilise CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.

Data and Insight
Ensure total clarity on end-to-end sales funnel, where leakage is occurring, and drive active plans to address gaps and to fund new revenue opportunities
Prepare and present detailed sales reports and performance updates.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales techniques.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Team Leadership and Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor the closing team to ensure high performance and strong conversion.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to enhance their closing skills.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key departments and the franchisees.
