Job Title: Sales Team Leader
Location: LS12 Leeds
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 + Commission

A leading B2C direct sales company specialising in providing renewable energy solutions to homeowners across the country is looking for an exceptional Sales Team Leader to lead our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in generating high-quality appointments for our field sales team.
In this exciting role, you will:-
Lead from the front, splitting your time between making calls yourself and coaching your team of 4 SDRs per shift.

Provide initial and ongoing training to new and existing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Motivate and inspire your team to achieve and exceed targets, creating a positive and supportive work environment.

Manage online web campaigns, monitoring performance and making adjustments to ensure profitability.

Analyse data and identify trends to optimise the lead generation process and improve overall team performance.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, while maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the demands of the business.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Strong understanding of sales methodologies and lead generation strategies.

Experience in managing online advertising campaigns.

Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

A passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.

Achieve and exceed team targets for cost per acquisition and cost per appointment.

Drive team growth and contribute to the expansion of the SDR team.

Ensure high-quality appointments are generated for the field sales team.

Develop and implement effective training and coaching programs.

Optimise online web campaigns for maximum profitability.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for developing and leading high-performing teams. Working Pattern:-
5 days a week, Monday - Saturday (including some late shifts).
