About Us:
As a global manufacturer, we pride ourselves on delivering high-performance composite materials that power innovation across diverse sectors. Our products are trusted worldwide, and we are now looking for a Technical Sales Manager to drive our growth in the UK and beyond.

The Role:
As the Technical Sales Manager, you will:

  • Leverage your technical knowledge to sell our solutions to clients in Defence, Aerospace, Automotive, Power Generation, and Manufacturing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
  • Understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring long-term growth.
  • Travel internationally and within the UK to meet clients, with occasional overnight stays.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in engineering, ideally within sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of selling into Defence, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Automotive industries.
  • Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Engineering qualifications such as a degree are preferred but not essential.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
