Are you an experienced and passionate leader in Early Years education? We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join a well-established nursery in Horsforth (LS18) on a 1-year maternity cover contract. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and dynamic setting while developing your leadership skills and ther potential to lead on into a permenat oppertunity!

• Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursery.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education for children.
• Lead and mentor the nursery team, managing performance and fostering professional growth.
• Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and manage administrative tasks effectively.
• Build strong relationships with families, staff, and external partners, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher (essential).
• Minimum of 2 years' leadership experience in an Early Years setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• A proactive, supportive, and solution-focused approach to team management.
