Registered Manager and Deputy/Senior Children's Residential Worker

Presently we are keen to identify new staff to supplement our current team of amazing support workers.

We are looking for ad hoc residential support workers for Leeds City Council supporting young people placed in the care system or children with disabilities.

As a residential support worker, you will provide the highest standards of care to the young people aged between 10 -18 years.

You will support the children in a homely environment to meet their individual needs and overcome their challenges preparing them to live full and happy lives

We are looking for a registered manager who can run the home, including being responsible for staff and children, conducting plans and procedures for the home.

Registered Home Manager - £46,549.

We are also looking for senior/deputy children's support worker who will assist the manager in the planning and operations of the home. 

Deputy Home Manager - £35,000

Senior Residential Practitioner - £30,151.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care and support to young people aged 10-18 years in a homely environment.
• Overcome challenges and meet individual needs to prepare young people for fulfilling lives.
• Act as a positive role model and corporate parent.

Requirements:

• Naturally caring, flexible, and resilient.
• Experience in residential childcare or similar
• Ability to maintain high standards of care.
