About the Role:
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you'll be an essential part of the team, offering support to our client based in Leeds. You will help create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for young children, making it the perfect role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and is eager to jump right in.
Responsibilities:
- Assist nursery staff in the day-to-day operations
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5
- Engage with children, supporting their emotional, physical, and social development
- Collaborate with the nursery team to maintain the smooth operation of the room
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Adhere to nursery policies, safeguarding practices, and health & safety protocols
What We're Looking For
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a busy Early Years setting
- A proactive individual who is eager to support and get involved
- Great communication and teamwork abilities
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
