Full-Time Early Years Practitioner - Level 3
Location: LS18
Are you passionate about early childhood development and eager to make a positive impact in the lives of young children? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Early Years Practitioner to join the baby room team at a well-established nursery who we work closely with. This is a full-time, permanent position.

- Provide high-quality care and education to babies.

- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Reflect on and improve your practice through ongoing professional development.

- Communication: Effectively communicate with children and adults using various techniques.

- Self-Management: Manage your time effectively, be flexible, and adapt to new ways of working.
- Literacy and Numeracy: Maintain a good standard of literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills.
Qualifications:
- GCSEs: A-C grades (or equivalent) in Maths and English - essential.
- Childcare Qualification: Minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare/early years (as defined by the Department for Education) - essential.
- First Aid: 12-hour paediatric first aid qualification - desirable (training provided if needed).
- Ongoing Training: Record of ongoing training and up-to-date safeguarding knowledge.
Working Hours:
- Shifts on a rota basis between 7:15am and 6:00pm.
