Early Years Practitioner

Full-Time Early Years Practitioner - Level 3

Location: LS18

Are you passionate about early childhood development and eager to make a positive impact in the lives of young children? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Early Years Practitioner to join the baby room team at a well-established nursery who we work closely with. This is a full-time, permanent position.

• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

• Literacy and Numeracy: Maintain a good standard of literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills.

Qualifications:

• GCSEs: A-C grades (or equivalent) in Maths and English - essential.
• Childcare Qualification: Minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare/early years (as defined by the Department for Education) - essential.
• First Aid: 12-hour paediatric first aid qualification - desirable (training provided if needed).
• Ongoing Training: Record of ongoing training and up-to-date safeguarding knowledge.

Working Hours:

• Shifts on a rota basis between 7:15am and 6:00pm.
