Sonic Summary

The position of Registered Manager offers a salary between £51k to £60k per annum.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience working in a children's home and must have previously held the role of Registered Manager at an OFSTED registered home with a good or outstanding rating.
The role includes benefits such as a relocation allowance or welcome bonus, as well as opportunities for company shares and profit sharing.
Applicants should possess an NVQ level 5 or equivalent qualification in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People) or be willing to obtain it.

The Registered Manager will have the opportunity to influence and personalise the new home.

Successful applicants must have previous experience as a Registered Manager of a successful OFSTED registered children's home with either a good or outstanding rating.

Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
A driving license and access to a vehicle.
