We are seeking an experienced and certified traffic marshall to join our team in Leeds on a large commercial project. This is a long-term contract role starting soon with the potential for extension based on performance, offering a stable and rewarding opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control traffic flow on and around the construction site to ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles.
  • Implement and maintain traffic management plans according to project requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with site personnel, pedestrians, and drivers.
  • Set up and maintain traffic management signs and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid Traffic Marshall certification (CPCS or equivalent).
  • Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall on a construction site.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
