My client is an energetic engineering consultancy who provide services to the construction industry, developers and local authorities.
They undertake a wide variety of work including drainage design, highway and external works design, structural design, structural surveys, flood risk assessments and hydraulic modelling.
They are looking to recruit a Director/Associate Director to join their team, based in Leeds.
The Role:
路Developing and managing their residential team
路Working closely with the Directors.
路Working within the residential sectors, delivering high quality outputs.
路Ability to work with other design team members and clients in the design process.

Your Experience:
路Educated to Degree level in Civil Engineering
路Have experience in a similar role.
路Professional membership with a recognised engineering institution.
路Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civils 3D and Micro Drainage along with good working knowledge of SUDs.
路Knowledge of all approval processes including S38 & S104
路Experienced in managing and mentoring junior members of staff.
路Excellent report writing, communication and numerical skills required.
