Join an award-winning and established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with over 25 years of experience, 150 staff and 6 offices. The company has developed a people centred and climate focused approach and are looking to grow their Leeds office with a Geotechinical Engineer with over 2-3 years experience. They deliver a variety of building and public realm projects across the UK, including residential, commercial development and urban regeneration. To list some of the projects you will be working on.

  • Leeds Climate Innovation District (CID) is the largest sustainable project in the UK
  • Re-orientation for the National Trust for the existing experience for guests and visitors to the historic listed buildings and landscapes
  • Refurbishment of a carbon-neutral distillery project

Your new role

  • Perform geotechnical design and analysis
  • Carry out assessments
  • Write high quality reports, such as desk studies, geotechnical and geoenvironmental interpretive reports and design reports
  • Specifying and supervising site investigation works
  • Use of industry standard analysis software, knowledge of slope stability analysis and ground movement analysis software is sought after
  • Join a team of 5 engineers

What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree in Civil/Geotechnical engineering, or engineering geology
  • Working towards Chartership with the ICE or GeolSoc
