A growing earthworks and remediation contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for multiple projects valued up to £1M in the Energy, Utilities, and Residential sectors.
Candidates must have NEC Contracts experience and a proven background in Civil Engineering, with groundworks and earthworks project experience preferred.
The role also requires experience in managing other Quantity Surveyors, which is considered an advantage.
This is a permanent position based in Leeds, offering hybrid working arrangements, a car allowance, and accommodation paid for travel.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements

NEC Contracts experience (essential)
Proven background in Civil Engineering (essential)
Groundworks and Earthworks project experience (preferred)
Experience managing other Quantity Surveyors (preferred)

This is a Permanent Role based in Leeds with Hybrid Working Arrangements on offer, Car Allowance, and accomodation paid for if expected to travel.
