Our client has recently won new contracts in Yorkshire, and is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor to hit the ground running by carrying out the full range of surveys to domestic and commercial premises. The role may involve some travel when client needs alter, so candidates will need a flexible and organised work ethic. The company holds a national presence and can accept candidates who also hold the analytical experience / qualifications. Salaries are competitive and benefits include: company pension and the use of a fleet vehicle.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have experience conducting Asbestos Surveys on a mix of client sites, including: Domestic & Commercial
- Will hold the BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent)
- If undertaking the analytical duties, will hold the BOHS P403 & P404
- Strong level of understanding of UKAS and HSG 264 compliance guidelines
- Willing to travel across client sites
- Comfortable producing bespoke survey reports
- Hardworking and good time keeping
- Professional with clients
The Role:
- Travelling to client sites to undertake Asbestos Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys in line with industry standards
- Collecting samples from site for analysis as the lab
- Producing detailed survey reports for clients
- Conducting re-inspections and discussing directly with clients
- Working to agreed timescales as well as weekly targets
- Being flexible to travel as required by company needs
- Representing the company in a professional manner on site
