Building Control Surveyor

We are seeking Experienced Building Inspectors at Class 2 (a-f) or Class 3 to:
* Develop and implement strategies to retain existing client base and attract new clients.
* Implement and enforce Building Regulations and associated Legislation, Committee Building Act and any other legislation managed within the division.
* Manage the delivery of service under the Approved Inspectors regulations
* Negotiate fees

We are looking to speak with any qualified Class 2 or Class 3 Building Control Surveyors, or any Surveyors who are nearing their qualifications and wish to explore options.
Although the primary requirement is to hire for Permanent staff members, we are also open to discussing interim/contract candidates depending on remit, rate and requirement.
