Building Surveyor

Blueprint Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Building Surveyor, to work on a variety of hospitality projects across the Leeds region.

Our client, a Civil/Structural engineering consultancy, are experts in engineering design and consultancy services across a range of sectors including Rail, Bridges, Hospitality and Commercial projects.

This opportunity will require frequent site visits across Leeds and 1 day per week in our clients office.

To be considered for this role you must:

• Have at least 5 years UK experience as a Building Surveyor
• Chartership is desirable (RICS qualified)
• Proven experience working on condition surveys
• Report writing experience
• Good communication skills
• Any experience across Hospitality buildings is also desirable
