An independent property and construction consultancy are looking for a project focused Building Surveyor to join their vibrant Leeds team.
The Building Surveyors' role
The successful Building Surveyor will ideally come from a Building Surveying background but have extensive project delivery experience, either currently working a more project focused role or having moved into a Project Management capacity.
In this role, the successful Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to lead a wide range of exciting projects, working with high-profile clients across sectors including office, industrial, retail, education, leisure, residential and mixed-use.
This is an ideal role for a dynamic Building Surveyor who's looking to develop their project experience, within a creative and collaborative consultancy environment.
The Building Surveyor
The successful Building Surveyor will ideally have extensive project delivery experience, across a number of commercial property sectors.
- MRICS qualification is preferred
- Ideally 3-5+ years' consultancy experience
- Specific project management experience is a bonus but not essential
