Support the Property Services Manager in managing repairs, voids, cyclical works, and planned maintenance programmes.

Assist in the day-to-day management of cyclical maintenance contracts.

Support the collation and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) for management meetings.

Assist in preparing reports for board meetings and senior stakeholders.

Assist with stock condition assessments and procurement of quotations for planned works.

Oversee works order production, ensuring alignment with schedules of rates.

Monitor invoicing processes and manage variations to works orders.

Analyse customer satisfaction data to enhance the tenant experience.

Oversee the efficient turnaround of void properties, minimising rental income loss.

Conduct pre- and post-inspections of void properties and allocate work accordingly.

Perform regular reactive repair post-inspections to ensure quality and value for money.

Diagnose complex repair issues and advise on appropriate trades or contractors.

Manage complex repair projects from inception to completion.

Provide technical advice to improve repair, voids, and cyclical maintenance standards.

Ensure that all work complies with relevant safety and building regulations
Profile

Degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (or demonstrable equivalent experience). (Essential)

Knowledge of housing, asset management, or property maintenance sectors. (Essential)

Experience of surveying for stock condition assessments. (Essential)

Familiarity with Schedules of Rates. (Desirable)

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. (Essential)
