Their client base includes property companies and developers, investment and pension funds, banks and financial institutions, Agents and solicitors, healthcare, and private occupiers.
They have an ever-expanding team based across 6 offices in the UK and due to an increase in their current workload are looking for either a newly Chartered Building Surveyor or Graduate Building Surveyor working towards their APC to join their current team in Leeds.
Desired Experience
- Technical Due Diligence Building Surveys
- Condition Surveys / Schedules of Condition
- Feasibility Studies / Project Costs Budgeting
- Contract Administration / Project management
- Dilapidations
Qualifications
- Degree Qualified
- Working towards APC/some consultancy experience
