Description
- Conducting comprehensive surveys to help maintain housing stock
- Voids, day to day repairs and maintenanace, damp and mould
- Disrepair reviews, surveys and reports
- HHSRS Surveying
- Preparing and presenting detailed survey reports
- Working closely with the construction team to ensure project success
- Participating in team meetings and contributing valuable insights
- Assisting in the drafting of construction plans
- Regularly communicating with stakeholders regarding project progress
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations on site
- Managing project documentation and records
Profile
- A qualification in Surveying or a related field (ideal)
- Proficient knowledge of social Housing and it's challenges
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Solid IT skills
- Driver's Licence
