Our client is an exception provider of accommodation and social housing for vulnerable people and work tirelessly to help reduce homelessness.

Description

  • Conducting comprehensive surveys to help maintain housing stock
  • Voids, day to day repairs and maintenanace, damp and mould
  • Disrepair reviews, surveys and reports
  • HHSRS Surveying
  • Preparing and presenting detailed survey reports
  • Working closely with the construction team to ensure project success
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing valuable insights
  • Assisting in the drafting of construction plans
  • Regularly communicating with stakeholders regarding project progress
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations on site
  • Managing project documentation and records

Profile

  • A qualification in Surveying or a related field (ideal)
  • Proficient knowledge of social Housing and it's challenges
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Solid IT skills
  • Driver's Licence
