The role presents an excellent opportunity for a highly-motivated Chartered Building Surveyor to join a well-established building surveying team. Based from their office based in Leeds and covering projects across England, the successful candidate will work on a diverse range of projects across a variety of sectors.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Degree Qualified in Building Surveying
- MRICS Qualified or have the relevant level of previous experience.
- Be able to build client relationships and ensure a high standard of Technical Services.
- Previous experience working for another Consultancy at a Senior level.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of fee proposals for building surveying services.
- Assist in the management or a large portfolio of properties for a variety of different clients across the UK.
- Project management/contract admin on works ranging from £20K up to £2 million.
- Provide a full range of Building Surveying services for both public and private sector clients to include fund monitoring, party wall, expert witness, and dilapidations.
