What youll do:
- Conduct building surveys, defect analysis, and site investigations.
- Lead projects from start to finish, including specs, tenders, quality control, and budgets.
- Advise clients and stakeholders on technical matters and ensure compliance with legislation.
- Use CAD to design and refine project plans.
