Our client is a large real estate consultancy with offices throughout all the major cities in the the UK.
Due to an increase in their current work load they are looking for either a newly chartered Building Surveyor or a Senior Building Surveyor to join their current team based in either Leeds or Manchester.
The successful candidate will be working on a wide and varied range of building surveying disciplines in a commercial environment with an enviable and national client base.
Role/Responsibilities
- Contract administration
- Technical Due Diligence
- Building Pathology
- General building surveying commercial work in line with a Chartered Building Surveyor role
Skills/Experience
- Degree in Building Surveying
- Ideally MRICS or the relevant level of experience
- Excellent and accurate report writing skills
- Experience of working in a pro-active commercial environment
- Sound knowledge of building contracts in a commercial context
