This is a great opportunity to join a specialist environmental consultancy who provide their strategic expertise to the real estate and commercial industries. They are on the lookout for an Energy Assessor to take the lead on numerous residential projects they have taken on in the Leeds area.

Key responsibilities for an Energy Assessor include:

  • Carry out Site visits and deliver EPCs for residential projects
  • Carry out reports on site visits to measure them for low carbon
  • Produce energy statements for planning stages of projects
  • Provide highly technical services and reports for clients

The Ideal Energy Assessor will have:

  • A Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor qualification from a credible accreditation scheme
  • Relevant experience as an Energy Assessor delivering EPCs for residential properties and projects
  • Full UK Drives License
  • Ability to travel around the North West for site visits, as well as Scotland from occasion.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
