Sonic Summary

The position is for a Fire and Security Engineer based in Yorkshire with a focus on service and installation.
The salary offered is up to £35,000 for a 40-hour work week, with additional benefits such as paid travel time at 1.5x and overtime opportunities.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing and installing fire and security systems, preferably in the commercial sector.
The role involves installing and servicing fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems, primarily for government contracts and schools.
A clean UK driving licence is required, along with the ability to pass high-level security screening checks.

The Company: highly accredited Fire and Security Company based in the Leeds are seeking a new and experienced Fire and Security Engineer

Package:

Up to £35,000 basic (40 hours)

Travel time paid at 1.5x

Car or van and includes personal use

Overtime available

Call out rota – currently only 1 day every 13.

25 days' holiday plus bank holidays (enhanced holiday pay)

Sick pay

Progression available

As a Fire and Security Engineer your responsibilities will be:

Install and service on Fire Alarms, CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Access Control

Working within the commercial sector; government contracts, schools and facility companies.

Take part in a call out rota.

Knowledge and experience:

3 years plus experience servicing and installing Fire and Security systems, ideally in the commercial sector.

Full UK driving licence – clean licence being desired.

Be able to complete and pass security screening checks to the highest standard.
