Job Title: Fire and Security Alarm Service Engineer (Security Biased)
Location: Leeds
A leading company in the fire protection and security industry is looking for a full-time, permanent Fire and Security Alarm Service Engineer to join their dynamic engineering team. This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of service and safety for a growing portfolio of clients across Leeds and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs of fire alarm systems at client premises.
- Provide support for intruder alarm, access control, and CCTV systems as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and demonstrate the ability to work independently when required.
Ideal Candidate:
- Fire experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
- Familiarity with planned maintenance of Security systems.
- Experience with various CCTV, Intruder and Access Control Systems.
- Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Willingness to work hard, multitask, and perform well under pressure.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to pass an enhanced CRB check.
- FIA or other industry qualifications are desirable.
- Capable of completing accurate worksheets and submitting them electronically in a timely manner.
- Be part of the on-call rota once every seven weeks.
Benefits:
- 30,000 - 32,000 Base Salary (OTE: 50,000 - 55,000)
