We are recruiting for a highly skilled and qualifiedMulti-Skilled Maintenance Electricianto essential be the face of the contract, working across prestigious apartment blocks in and around the Leeds area. If you are looking for a rewarding position that combines electrical expertise with a variety of maintenance tasks, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct electrical inspections and testing
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems
• Perform general building maintenance as required
• Be part of the 1 in 8 call-out rota (after probation period)

Essential Requirements:

• 2391 Testing & Inspection Qualification
• Experience in electrical maintenance and inspections
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact with clients
