OCDEA - Energy Assessor

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist environmental consultancy who help clients by providing technical solutions through out the project lifecycle within the construction industry. They are on the look out for an OCDEA accredited Energy Assessor to join their energy team based in Leeds.

An OCDEA Will be responsible for:

  • Produce Part L SAP Assessments for construction projects
  • Produce energy statements for planning stages of construction projects
  • Produce general energy and sustainability reports for clients in a timely manner
  • Liaise with clients and help improve their understanding on Part L regulations

The ideal OCDEA will have:

  • A minimum of 1 years' experience as an energy assessor within the built environment industry
  • An OCDEA qualification through a credible accreditation scheme
  • Experience delivering SAP Assessments and calculations
  • Working knowledge of UK Building regulations such as Part L
  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
