Our client is a Residential Chartered Surveyors, who specialise in providing residential surveys and valuations direct to their customers. They have become one of the leading suppliers in their discipline and have now grown to cover locations across the country.  They are a family run business, with a great culture and team, who are now looking to make numerous additional hires across the business.

They are committed to providing their talented professionals with a secure vision of their place in the company.  They currently have opportunities for Residential Building Surveyors to join across several areas of the country.  As one of their surveyors, you could be based in The Yorkshire area, and will join us on a full time, permanent basis travelling to customers homes to complete valuation, building, and home buyer surveys.  You’ll have your appointments coordinated by their administration team, and you’ll receive on-going support from their quality teams to ensure you achieve your weekly survey targets.  You’ll receive a competitive salary + a £5K car allowance, and additional benefits. You will also have the opportunity to complete RICS homebuyers, building surveys and valuations.

Residential Building Surveyor – Required Skills

- MRICS, FRICS and AssocRICS Surveyor background.

- MCABE, MCIOB, MCIAT and MICWCI are also considered due to their eligibility for direct entry to the AssocRICS.

- A positive ‘can do’ attitude- The role is fast paced and if you like a varied and busy role, this is that.
