The Senior Building Surveyors' role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering professional building surveying services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
Day to day responsibilities will include technical due diligence, dilapidations, building surveys, defect analysis, and project management, with a focus on high-profile commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
Working as part of a collaborative and innovative team, the Senior Building Surveyor will also be tasked with managing client relationships, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business development initiatives.

The Senior Building Surveyor
- Ideally qualified with MRICS
- Proven experience in both project and professional building surveying services
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage projects from inception to completion
