The company provides a wide range of property-related services, including Level 2 Homebuyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys. They conduct structural inspections for specific property issues, whether identified by the owner or requested by an insurance or mortgage provider. For those planning new works, their engineers offer structural calculations and architectural design consultations. Additionally, they specialise in boundary dispute reports, expert witness reports, and commercial property services such as valuations, dilapidation reports, and schedules of condition.
The Role
This opportunity is ideal for a surveyor looking to join a dynamic and supportive team. The role involves managing seven appointments per week, covering residential and commercial properties if qualified. Residential surveys are conducted within 20 to 30 miles of the home postcode, while building surveys may require travel up to 50 miles. Full training is provided at the company’s head office, with accommodation included.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold MRICS or AssocRICS accreditation, although those working towards RICS membership will also be considered. Strong report-writing skills are essential, and candidates should be eager to learn and grow within the company.
