Groundworker

Postion: Groundworker Teamlead

Location: Leeds

Day Rate: >£180dp DOE

Role: This is a contracting on going position, candidate must have UTR

Here at Active Personnel we are looking for an experienced groundworking teamleader to work as part of a small team. This is for Domestic properties and will include:

Excavation,

Hardcore base,

Set edges,

Set manholes/drainage

Lay base coat tarmac leaving 20 mm for resin bound to be laid by others.

The Groundworker must have a driving license and no more than 6 points, you must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Domestic Groundworking projects and be able to manage a team as well as follow instructions from staff and customers.
