Job Title: Administrator
Location: Leeds - LS1
Salary: 25k-28k
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday / 9am-5pm
HRGO are looking for a proactive Administrator to support our well established Financial Services client with high-level administrative and secretarial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide admin and secretarial support - typing, diary management, filing, and emails
- Handle calls, ensuring messages reach the right person quickly
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with legal regulations
- Keep iManage files organised in line with Lexcel standards
- Support colleagues across teams and assist with overflow work via Big Hand dictation
Skills Required:
- Previous experence working in a smilar role
- Previoud administartion experience ideally within Fincnial or Legal srevices
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to multitask
