This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership as the Client Lead; building on the agency's reputation and expertise in Shopper Marketing whilst also being a strategic support across the various brands with effective shopper and instore campaigns that work in parallel with big broadcast activity.

Our client is a long established, top marketing agency in the North, leading the way in delivering strategic, impactful retail marketing campaigns for a portfolio of retailer and FMCG brands (ambient, confectionery and domestic cleaning brands.)

Description

  • Building client relationships with multiple disciplines across the client business
  • Taking client briefs and transforming them into workable internal agency briefs alongside your client service team - filling in gaps and making them as inspirational as possible
  • Contributing towards the work: bringing the value of your client and industry understanding into the project to enhance our brilliant work
  • Leading the sell-in of the work: working with the agency team to shape our deliverable before leading a team to present and inspire clients with our work
  • Leading the client management & communication strategy
  • Own the commercial performance of the client
  • Lead business development opportunities
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Client Service talent: helping them to build their capability in the day-to-day; ensuring they have the right support available; making sure their wellbeing is served and their ambitions are pursued.

Profile

The successful candidate will be a Senior Account Director / Group Account Director level within a relevant agency (FMCG experience is preferable) with the ability to autonomously lead and manage clients with a focus on the highest levels of service and retention. In addition:
