Position: Client Services Account Manager

Location: West Yorkshire

Salary: £37k - £40k

Role:

  • You will have responsibility for creating and managing relationships with clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Key to this is an ability to understand project management, print, creative and mailing processes and
  • identify and nourish new opportunities.
  • The role is conduit to all their other integrated processes and teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Identify new sales and project opportunities with existing clients
  • Interact with clients using social media platforms
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure project brief and timelines are met
  • Budget management and innovative knowledge
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and work with clients to upsell additional services
  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and contracts to clients
  • Research and competitor analysis to ensure product and service are pitched correctly
  • Working within their ISO standards and internal framework for all quality and service standards
  • Implement processes to monitor and enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project timelines, and budgets using their internal MIS
  • Using their CRM (HubSpot) to identify and document campaigns, marketing and sales opportunities
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding account performance and project status

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or client services within the printing industry
  • Strong understanding of print, creative and mailing solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and managing client accounts effectively
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to client service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing client needs and industry trends
