Description

As a Customer Service Team Leader you will be managing a department of 15 within a Contact Centre Based Environment.

The business are within the Legal Sector you will be working in a regulated professional services environment please see below some of the duties involved.

Within the role you will be motivating and supporting the team ensuring service level agreements are being exceeded.

You will be first point of contact for assistance and guidance providing coaching and listening in to calls.

The role will also be working closely with the learning and development team supporting training and the recruitment process.

You will be extremely hands on with the team and handling escalations and complaints when required.

Profile

Remortgage experience advantageous

Previous team leader and customer management experience

Passionate about delivering the best level of customer service

Experience of working in a Contact Centre

Able to manage a high workload in a busy environment

The ability to drive several projects and be results driven

Excellent people management skills
