Bid Manager - Commercial Interiors

Our Client is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Bid Manager to join our Pre-Construction team . You’ll play a key role in pricing, estimating, and managing the tender process for glazed partitioning and commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and bids
  • Analyse tender documents and produce BoQs
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Lead pre- and post-tender presentations
  • Ensure smooth project handover to delivery teams
  • Maintain CRM records and contribute to sales strategy

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in estimating or commercial interiors
  • Knowledge of Joinery, Drylining, Glazing or Furniture trade.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Experience with estimating software (e.g. Conquest - desirable)
