Bid Manager - Commercial Interiors
Our Client is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Bid Manager to join our Pre-Construction team . You’ll play a key role in pricing, estimating, and managing the tender process for glazed partitioning and commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and bids
- Analyse tender documents and produce BoQs
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Lead pre- and post-tender presentations
- Ensure smooth project handover to delivery teams
- Maintain CRM records and contribute to sales strategy
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in estimating or commercial interiors
- Knowledge of Joinery, Drylining, Glazing or Furniture trade.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Experience with estimating software (e.g. Conquest - desirable)
