2025 is the year of growth.
As their Business Development Director, you'll establish and lead their business development function making it your own from the outset.
Reporting into the COO, you'll work alongside their internal Marketing Team, Managing Partners and division Directors to drive new client and prospect growth. From curating prospect lists to closing major deals, every step will have your signature. You'll identify opportunities, build relationships, take the agency's proposition to market and demonstrate why partnering with them is a game-changer.

It goes without saying that the successful candidate will already have had lots of success of growing marketing agencies.
We need a relationship builder with razor-sharp commercial instincts and the ability to charm a CMO one minute and a CEO the next. You'll thrive on challenge, think strategically, and execute brilliantly.
