Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join our vibrant team in Leeds, England. What You'll Do:

  • Generate New Business: Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound cold calling and turn prospects into loyal customers.
  • Account Management: Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients, manage their accounts for the first 6 months, and maximise their potential with our fuel cards.
  • Sales Excellence: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and the market, and use your sales skills to build strong relationships and achieve targets.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide top-notch service, respond to inquiries, and keep customer records up to date on our CRM system.
  • Team Player: Be a role model for new starters and junior staff, promoting best practices and sharing your knowledge.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven senior telesales experience with a track record of success.
  • Communication: Excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner and the ability to build rapport and close sales.
  • Resilience: Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
