Business Support Executive Leeds £35,000 - £45,000

Elevation Recruitment is excited to be recruiting on behalf of a dynamic tech business located in Leeds. We are seeking a Business Support Executive to join our client’s team and provide essential support to various projects and all areas of the business. 

Key Responsibilities for the Business Support Executive:

  • Produce client quotes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • PA support to the MD
  • Liaise with suppliers to manage stock for projects
  • Create and place purchase orders, record all transactions, and provide delivery updates to the team
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, supporting project delivery and account management
  • Coordinate financial administration tasks, including client invoices, supplier payments, and bank reconciliations
  • Manage support contracts, oversee tickets and handle invoicing
  • Assist with business generation and marketing

Skills & Experience Required for the Business Support Executive:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident communicator with experience working in a customer-focused environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail 
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with Clients and Suppliers
