- Supporting Partner and Client onboarding/adoption of the platform and associated products.
- Utilising HubSpot to identify, track and update customers and their onboarding status.
- Delivering product demonstrations and end user training to new prospects and partners.
- Managing the number porting process from start to finish; validating, updating, and ensuring processes run efficiently for end customers to configure as required.
- Respond to inbound enquiries and live chat for general support, sales, and billing queries.
- Working alongside Account Managers and assisting with customer renewals.
- Engaging in the purchasing of new numbers and hardware as required.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail; organised and task focused with a methodical approach to work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbally.
- Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry.
- Proven technical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting ability.
