About the Role:We are seeking a driven and consultative Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the industrial lubricants sector. Based in Yorkshire, this role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and building strong relationships. You will play a key role in driving new business development, managing existing accounts, and increasing sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities within the industrial lubricants market by identifying and contacting potential clients.
  • Manage and develop existing accounts, building long-lasting relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize strong consultative sales skills to understand clients' needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Effectively upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects, ensuring consistent follow-ups and sales activities.
  • Manage customer accounts using CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and support to clients.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge (full training provided).

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in consultative sales or account management, ideally in a B2B environment (experience in the industrial lubricants sector is a plus but not essential).
  • Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with clients.
  • Excellent upselling and cross-selling skills.
  • High level of proficiency with CRM software and general computer skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a busy workload while meeting targets and deadlines.
  • A willingness to learn and develop industry-specific knowledge (full training provided).
