The role of the M&E Sales Consultant - Fire Detection & Security Systems will involve:

  • Internal M&E Sales Consultant position selling the design, servicing, supply & installation services of fire & security systems
  • Your time will be spent generating specifications and selling into M&E consultants & contractors focusing primarily on the new build sector
  • You will inherit between 6-12 accounts initially to maintain
  • Produce detailed designs and specification proposals
  • Pro-actively developing new business and preparing quotes for tenders
  • You will be expected to visit new and existing customers as required
  • Dealing with project sizes ranging between £100k - £500k

The ideal applicant will be an M&E Sales Consultant - Fire Detection & Security Systems with:

  • Must have 10 + years’ experience within the fire & security industry
  • Would consider a commission or service engineer who has time served and is looking to move into sales
  • Must have a stable career background
  • Happy working on your own as well as part of a team
  • Pro-active, enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and methodical organisational skills
  • Must have a valid UK driving license
