Part-Time Showroom Sales Support
Hourly rate circa £13 dependent on skills and experience
Leeds LS15 - car driver advantageous
Part time, Permanent - 5 days per week (including Saturdays) - approx.5 hours per day (with a weekday off if working Saturdays)

Due to growth, we are looking for a Showroom Sales Support Assistant to help customers find the perfect windows and doors for their homes!
Your Role Will Include:
- Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom, answering queries, and providing product information
- Supporting the sales team by gathering customer requirements and helping to prepare quotes
- Booking showroom appointments and following up with potential customers
- Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
- Keeping the showroom clean, tidy, and welcoming for visitors
- Updating customer records and assisting with basic admin tasks
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range to confidently assist customers
The Ideal Candidate:
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable personality
- Great communication skills - confident speaking with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
- Proactive and organised, able to multitask and assist where needed
- A team player who enjoys working with others to create a positive showroom experience
- Basic IT skills -comfortable using emails, booking systems, and updating records
- An interest in home improvement, windows, and doors is a bonus (but full training is provided!)
