Due to growth, we are looking for a Showroom Sales Support Assistant to help customers find the perfect windows and doors for their homes!

Your Role Will Include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom, answering queries, and providing product information
  • Supporting the sales team by gathering customer requirements and helping to prepare quotes
  • Booking showroom appointments and following up with potential customers
  • Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Keeping the showroom clean, tidy, and welcoming for visitors
  • Updating customer records and assisting with basic admin tasks
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range to confidently assist customers

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable personality
  • Great communication skills - confident speaking with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Proactive and organised, able to multitask and assist where needed
  • A team player who enjoys working with others to create a positive showroom experience
  • Basic IT skills -comfortable using emails, booking systems, and updating records
  • An interest in home improvement, windows, and doors is a bonus (but full training is provided!)
