As a Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of their business, interacting with customers and providing a world-class customer service experience.

You are a person who would enjoy being in the client service spotlight, and you are flexible to work Sundays and bank holidays on a rota basis, five days over seven.

Requirements:

It would be ideal to have at least one year's experience working for a retail jeweller, during which time you will have received some specific watch-related sales training.

Due to the nature of the industry, you need to be well-presented and possess excellent communication skills.

It would be advantageous if prospective applicants could demonstrate a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.

There is a requirement for future appointees to participate in industry-specific training run by The National Association of Jewellers (JET1 / JET2 Diploma), which will, over time, provide a nationally recognised qualification.

Additionally, depending on store placement, there may be specific brand training required by a particular Swiss Watch House or international jewellery brand.
