TRC Group have the pleasure of working on behalf of our client to appoint their next Sales Support Executive.

This position is available due the company having experienced staggering growth in the last 18 months and are expanding the team with the new role if Sales Support Executive for that reason.

The Role

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.- Recruit and develop sales talent across all sales departments.- Present product information and demonstrate the value proposition to clients- Negotiate contracts and close sales.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or B2C environment- Strong knowledge of math, including sales conversions, profit margins and discounts- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
