Providing quick turnaround times, our repair centre oversees hundreds of device repairs on a monthly basis, and we set an extremely high standard of service for all mainstream makes and models, including Apple, Samsung, Microsoft, Dell, HP and Lenovo. To join us, we are actively seeking a self-motivated, efficient, and well organised individual with a keen eye for detail and progression, to join us as a Hardware Repair Technician.

  • £25,000 - £30,000 D.O.E
  • 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday (flexible hours can be optional)
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays, rising with length of service, 1 day a year up to  5 years.

You will be expected to assist with all areas of our operations, including the thorough diagnosis, repair and refurbishment of laptops and other IT equipment. You will also be expected to assist with other business activities, such as processing of IT recycling collections, secure data destruction and re-licencing of refurbished products

We work to SLAs with our customers, and you’ll be responsible for the quality of information logged into our ticketing system – you will be expected to accurately raise, update and close service tickets into our system in a timely manner.

Experience required:

  • Telecoms / IT Hardware Repair such as Apple Products, PC’s, Laptops, Mobiles, iPhones, iPad’s
  • Experience in working and logging information onto ticketing systems
  • Working towards SLA’s
