About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our clients team in the furniture manufacturing industry. In this role, you will use CNC machinery to produce precision components for high-quality furniture. If you have an eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship, this is a great opportunity to contribute to creating exceptional products. This vacancy is a full time, night role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to produce furniture components to exact specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and designs specific to furniture manufacturing.
- Program, set up, and maintain CNC machinery for efficient production.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure components meet design standards and tolerances.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize processes and achieve excellent results.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety and quality standards.
About You:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, ideally within the furniture manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and furniture designs.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- The ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
