CNC Mill/Turn Programmer

We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill/Turn Programmer for our client, a prominent precision engineering firm with a longstanding reputation for excellence. This role is based at their Leeds facility where they manufacture high-precision components for a diverse range of industries.

Key Requirements for a CNC Mill/Turn Programmer

- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a CNC Mill/Turn Programmer.

- Expertise in setting up and operating CNC Mill/Turn machines.

- Experienced in programming with Fanuc Systems.

- Ability to write programs from scratch.

- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

- Hands-on experience working with tight tolerances.

- Extensive background in a precision engineering setting is crucial.

- Proven track record in producing precision components across various materials; experience with exotic materials is advantageous.

-Expertise with Manual Guide I & Macro is a plus but not essential.

- Ideally apprentice-trained or time-served.
