The position available is for a CNC Programmer / Workshop Technician in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a precision manufacturing background and possess CNC programming skills.
The role involves creating machine programs, reading engineering drawings, refurbishing parts, and operating CNC machines and manual lathes.
The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and Friday from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm.
The annual salary for this position ranges from £28,000 to £34,000, depending on experience.

CNC PROGRAMMER / WORKSHOP TECHNICIAN

We are recruiting for Workshop Technician to work for our client who are located in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

THE DUTIES:

You will be joining a refurb/repair team in the workshop

Creating programmes for the machines using mazatrol controls.

Read, interpret, follow engineering drawings to manufacture precision parts.

A good eye for detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of quality is essential.

Refurb and repair parts using machines

Assembly of parts

Inspect and test the parts

Using CNC machines and a manual Lathe

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:

Minimum 2 years' experience working within a precision manufacturing background
CNC Programming skills
Excellent communication skills

THE HOURS:

Days shifts

Monday Thursday 7.30am 4 pm/ Friday 7.30am - 2pm

THE PAY:

You will earn an annual salary between £28k-34k depending on experience.
