As a CNC Programmer/Operator, you will be required to

Program, set, and operate the Nakamura WT300 CNC machine for precision manufacturing tasks.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining. • Perform quality checks and ensure parts meet required tolerances.
Optimise machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.
Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets.

Candidate:

Proven experience with CNC programming and operating multi-axis turning centers, specifically Nakamura WT300.
Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CAD/CAM software.
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new manufacturing technologies.
